Course Description

This unique, highly regarded structured method of conscious awareness training is taught in live-online classrooms with two weeks of intensives. This foundation course contains a rewarding curriculum of all 4 Sophrology Levels.

By the end of this course, you will: 

• Have experienced and visibly benefited personally from the daily SophroKi® Sophrology exercises
• Fully understand, and be able to communicate the theory and the SophroKi® Sophrology exercises
• Competently run Sophrology coaching sessions for the public as well as individuals

The SophroKi® Practitioner Diploma costs CHF 8,475.00. This includes also the 2 x 5 days of online intensives. Flexible payment options are available.

The course organiser reserves the right to make necessary changes to the course structure, date, and time of the course.
