This introduction to sophrology mini course will cover different types of sophrology exercises for you to discover what sophrology is in practice. Through 3 sessions of 45 minutes you will be able to practice sophrology from your home, live with one of our sophrologists.
Professional Diploma
Learn everything you need to become a Sophrologist with our professionally accredited training programme.
Upon completion of this 18-month course you can set up your own practice and start helping others with their health and wellbeing journey.

Advanced Diploma
