With the repetitions which are parts of Sophrology, I now have a daily routine that gives me time for my own mind space and for my well-being.
It gives me the opportunity to have a different perspective in my way of understanding my everyday life (in a positive way).
- Less anxious
- More patient with my teenagers => our communication is better and there are less conflicts
- When I practice in the morning, I feel more energetic,
- When I practice in the evening, it is a preparation for a restful sleep,
- It helps me to relax me when I feel stressed or overwhelmed
The techniques are easy to learn and to automate and I enjoyed the opportunity to chose between short or longer sessions, depending on my needs.
