What happens during the exercise?
After the body scan the sophrologist will ask you to breathe in a certain way while focusing on words like peace, joy, calm, etc.

Suitable exercise to do anywhere you can sit or lie down with your eyes closed and deeply relax.

Regular practice:
We recommend that you do this exercise daily for a week.  Before going on to the next exercise.
