Why do this exercise?

This is good to way to give your favorite project an extra energy boost.  Discover and explore your ability to be motivated and promote motivational growth in all of your projects.

Doing anytime, anywhere rating

This exercise has some physical exercises and so it is best to be somewhere you can stand up and move your shoulders and arms and then sit down for the rest of the exercise.  If this is not possible then you can do it by imagining that you are doing the physical part.  Not idea but next best thing!

What to do before you start:

  • make sure you are in a place where it is safe for you to deeply relax and close your eyes.
  • Find a place where you can stand up and sit down
  • Remind yourself of the 4 sophrology attitudes
  • Have an audio player with the audio file
  • Have a notebook and pen

Regular practice:

We recommend that you do this exercise daily for a week.  Before going on to the next exercise.
