Sophrology Starter Kit: Instant Relaxation anytime, anywhere


Why do this exercise?

This exercise is an essential part of the health and wellness tool kit. You will learn how to  instantly relax, regroup and feel confident before or during an important presentation, an exam, an interview or any potentially stressful situation.  The technique used in this exercise is called anchoring.  It is very effective and is used in many disciplines, including sophrology.  The more you use it the stronger it becomes.

To do the exercise we recommend that you:

  1. Read the instructions
  2. Watch the demonstration video
  3. Find a place where you can concentrate, relax and close your eyes
  4. Do the exercise while listening to the audio file
  5. Have a notebook and pen to write up your experience

Make sure that, when you do the exercise, you are in a place where it is safe to close your eyes and deeply relax.
