When I started Sophrology Course I was feeling anxious and I had trouble focusing and breathing. After the first week of Sophrology Exercises, I found the Mood Lifting Exercise made me feel stronger and I noticed that I was able to focus for much longer and positive thinking became effortless. Other aspects of self-development techniques that I learned during the Sophrology Diploma Course have helped me put things into perspective and changed my life to a more fulfilling, happier, and self-aware living.
