Feeling calmer and less anxious.

My experience with Sophrology so far has been amazing! In general I feel calmer and less anxious.  I have really enjoyed taking 20 min out of my day to just focus on me and my body and definitely feel more conscious and aware of what is happening in my body and how things change depending on my circumstances. It has also been fun to learn about new and different things ie the sleep cycle and the endocrine system. I am looking forward to level 2 🙂
